KH_PR: So you've been working on a new version of Varsid. How did all this come about?
Trevor: Originally, I tried to do too much and the product ended up being way too complicated. If I'm honest, the company failed... That would cause most people a lot of discouragement and it did that to me too. But in a weird way, it also gave me a new opportunity. I gained the ability to remove the emotional attachment I had to the product and look at it more critically. When I did, I realized that I was just trying to do too much too soon. The new version of Varsid is about 1/10 the complexity.
KH_PR: So what exactly is the new version of Varsid?
Trevor: It's completely reimagined from the ground up. It's focused on making communication easier for sports teams.
